Responsibilities

  • Work closely and collaboratively with commercial sales, and project management teams in regards to technical proposals and pitches to customers.
  • Create customer value propositions, proposal presentations and lead conversations in the respective portfolio and bring synergy along with other stakeholders.
  • Influential in preparing and complying with the questionnaire and TOR to understand customer requirements.
  • Design IT solutions and prepare a solution diagram that meets customer requirements.
  • Prepare Estimated Cost sheet, Bill of material, Proposal document, the scope of work/services.
  • Propose a solution and present the designed solution to the customer.
  • Work with the technical team and partner to prepare a Cloud solution.
  • Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s  or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related IT areas
  • At least 5 years  working experience in Technical Presales, Presale Engineer, Sales Engineer or Technical Consultants roles
  • Have experience in related IT skill such as Networking, System infrastructure, Linux /Windows server, LAN, WAN
  • Good personality, communication, Coordination and accountable skill.
  • Experience in cloud solutions : AWS, GCP or Other Cloud Provider
