  • Boards’ meeting: prepare agenda, invitation letter, minutes
  • AGM & EGM: set up timeline; organize meeting, prepare agenda, invitation letter, proxy form, minutes
  • Perform general secretarial tasks & administrative support including organizing daily schedule appointment, travel arrangement (domestic/overseas)
  • Disclosure of information, resolution of boards’ meeting and Shareholder Meeting
  • Periodic report required to submit to SET, SEC and Ministry of commerce
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules & regulations
  • Prepare share certificate, share register book, share transfer document and proceed for registration with Ministry of commerce
  • Manage & control with effective filing system of legal doc.
  • Coordinate with both internal departments and external parties (government sector)


  • Bachelor or higher in laws, finance, accounting and IT, Master’s Degree in any related fields
  • At least 5 year experiences in Company Secretary
  • Having a good knowledge of the SET and SEC ‘s regulations
  • Previous experience in a Corporate Secretary or IT environment
  • Experience planning board and shareholder meetings and submissions of regulatory filings
  • Knowledge of best practices from a legal perspective in relation to compliance, contract negotiations, and other legal activities
  • Have a good knowledge in cooperated laws (Both private limited company and public company) and the regulations of the SET and SEC
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a wide range of responsibilities
  • Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and thus personality
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Willing to work hard and flexible
